I had the pleasure of eating here 5 times during my stay at the Hilton. I will say that Masterson's is a little pricey, but the quality is well worth it. The first night my mom and I split the calamari. It was $10, but it was quite big so it was worth it. I had the lemon shrimp and my mom had the 1/2 roast chicken. The shrimp pasta was quite a large portion but delicious. The chicken was so moist, we have never tasted chicken so moist and we won't be able to go back to eating chicken in diners now. we have been spoiled. We had the Chocolate Royal for dessert and it was so rich, it was pure fudge. The next day for lunch I had the cheeseburger. The burger was very good and came with Long Island fries(just regular french fries[I think they're just supposed to sound local for travelers]). We also split the large pretzel(they aren't kidding) with cheese sauce. The New England Clam Chowder was excellent considering Masterson's is not a seafood restaurant. Our final night we split the meatball slider(which was so good) and I got the 9oz Filet Mignon. I am normally not a filet mignon person(I typically prefer sirloin), but this was so good, not one bite was wasted. For dessert, we again got the Chocolate Royal. The drinks I would say are averaged priced. There is no cocktail menu, but if they have the ingredients, they will make whatever drink you want. The only thing I have say is that if you drink more than 3 cups of coffee(the original coffee plus 2 refills) you will get charged for more than 1 cup of coffee!! There is no sign on the menu so I didn't find out until I got the bill.

Quality steak at a reasonable price. Had the wedge salad, filet and mac and cheese - was not disappointed. Staff was friendly, accommodating and really went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. This isn't just another hotel restaurant, but a steakhouse with a hotel on site. Would recommend to travelers and locals alike.
